Every Saturday starting January 14th and running through February 18th for six weeks 7th and 8th graders have the opportunity to work alongside Lancaster High School’s Team 399 Eagle Robotics! These apprentices are invited to work alongside high schoolers during our build season, developing into the next generation of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) leaders. Eaglets come in to work hard as “members of our team” for these six weeks, learning valuable skills in many aspects that can be applied to their academics and eventually their future careers. Team 399 Eagle Robotics is a student run FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) team from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, California. We work to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to our students, school, and community.
Since 2000, students from Lancaster High School (Lancaster, CA) have gathered to participate in the FIRST Robotics Competition. As an extracurricular program, students gather to build a robot to perform tasks revealed by the organization known as FIRST. These tasks form a game in which students have the chance to apply concepts taught in the classroom and work alongside professionals. Learn more >>
